What kinds of doors can it go on?
Single entry doors, French and double doors, sliding patio doors, and larger openings like patio rooms and garages. We also fit RV and trailer doors, including arched ones.
How is it different from a retractable roll-up screen?
A roll-up screen winds into a cassette at the side. SolSeen folds in pleats, like an accordion, between slim vertical strips. It stays where you leave it, fully open, fully closed or partway.
Will it hold up to my dog?
The mesh is designed to better withstand everyday scratching and active pets. The dogs in the videos above are real customers' dogs, jumping on closed screens.
Can it be locked?
Yes. The leading edge has a latch that closes into a keeper on the frame. It's a lockable screen door, not a security door.
What colors are available?
Black and white frames are the most common. Ask us about other colors when you request a quote.
